- Face to Face time if you can make it the DMV area.
- Bi-weekly (every 2 weeks) phone/skype sessions, to be scheduled, However FULL texting access for quicker questions and response time.

All payments will be through paypal after a an initial discovery session on expectations of what you’re going to get for the money. 30 days notice for cancellation, cancel at any time. Switch to Lower Tier at anytime. First billing would be set up fee plus first months fee ($125 + $149= $274). The first months set up fee of $125 is non-refundable, as that is time already spent and invested in the relationship at value. The charge will show up as “Affordabler.” Payment is gathered after initial discovery session, and we mutually decide we would like to go forward with a guidance plan. 30 day money back guarantee and refund if you don’t like the service.
Please note: If I choose you, and you choose me, as your personal guide through real estate investing, I will give you 100% of everything I can to assist you. However, you will need to give me 100% of you. I really want to work with those who are READY, if not in the next moment, definitely within the next 12 months to purchase their first property. This is so that we are both satisfied for the life of our relationship. I give for my clients, this isn’t something that either one of us should take lightly.
