Who Am I? It’s pretty crazy – when I started renovating my first property that I purchased for $13,000, I could never have dreamed that one day, I would be teaching it to tens of thousands of new investors all over the country! I just intuitively realized that there were people like me that absolutely needed this information: They were decent full-time workers, not born wealthy nor did they have the social connections to successful investors, but I could give them the information that they needed to finally get a piece of real estate investing. I realized quickly that my results were NOT typical so I started teaching my methods… that was around 2013. First, it was for co-workers and friends, and then eventually to the general public.
