My Baltimore Rental Property
Here is Mike Kim, who I mentored through his first real estate investment deal. When Mike heard that I purchased real estate investment property under 30k, he was intrigued and interested in hearing more. Back then, we were co-workers just discussing investing. With his interest peaked, we both went and searched for investment properties, and we both purchased at the same time in the same neighborhood: I purchased for 25k, and Mike purchased for 18k. we both put about 20k into fixing it up, Mike with all cash, myself with lines of credit. I want you to hear from someone who is successful for their first affordable real estate investment, and will be looking for more properties under 30k to add to his investments. You can do a search, but depending where you are in California, in this price range you can look at mobile home parks (safe ones, of course) in Hunington Beach, West Hill, Costa Mesa that don’t show crime at all. If I was out there, I would be cash flow killing it! Take a look.
