Dear Lisa, I have seen almost all of your youtube videos and its helped my wife and I beyond what words can describe. We have purchased one triplex for 75k and are about to close on a duplex for 25k. This is property #6 and working on number #7 … passive income is great. …being on vacation, seeing notifications that you have series of new payments in excess of $3,800. It’s the first day in July, and tenants leasing your rental properties across the states have begun to remit their rents. You are in faraway Belize and have just finished breakfast by the beach. While sipping on a coconut, your feet in the warm sand, you are considering exploring the local art museum… Life is indeed good!
That’s What Happened to Me.
But life was not always rosy. Broke and unemployed? Been there. Lost your house to a foreclosure? Been there, too. I yearned to be wealthy, to have the financial freedom to be an employer rather than an employee. In 2016, I bought my first real estate investment for 300k, but without the right information, I lost it to foreclosure during the 2007 financial crisis.
A Blessing in Disguise…
I was desperate for passive income so I invested again, and this time, I decided on low-income neighborhoods. I bought a 13k house, renovated where necessary and leased it out. The monthly rent/cashflow was double the mortgage, and I quickly paid down the balance. I had now become a real estate investor without little money down. So I invested, again and again, and again, acquiring knowledge and wealth along my journey to becoming a successful real estate investor.
I Had To Share My System…
I created my first real estate investing online course in 2013, and I’ve helped hundreds of investors acquire rental properties ever since. Today, I know what it takes to; find the right market to invest, secure capital, bid and negotiate, renovate, find the right tenants and lastly manage the rental property.
