I, admittingly, don’t take time to write reviews, but I am compelled to write one regarding Lisa Phillip’s Affordable Real Estate Investments offerings, specifically, the Sub30k Rental Income System. As an active member of ALL of her offerings, I find the information given in her courses absolutely invaluable! The approach she teaches is much different from what I’ve seen with other courses or programs. I find Lisa’s to be more realistic in its approach to investing, especially with regard to finances. Her approach allows me to invest in homes that don’t empty my pockets, but still provide awesome returns. The entire system has been carefully constructed to provide the consumer with all the knowledge, tools, and coaching you need to build a successful business. I’ve participated in the weekly group coaching calls which provide additional tips and tricks for investing, as well as, provide a platform for posing questions or obtaining clarity on specific topics. The video walk through was extremely helpful in teaching you what to look for or what to stay away from. I truly believe the entire system is worth every penny! Becoming a coaching client and investing in her program was the best decision I’ve ever made to jump start my career in real estate investing!
