Lisa, after watching your videos, I too, took the plunge went and secured 2 properties in Baltimore city (so excited!!!) on the west side of the city, this month. I’m interested in finding out more about your experiences with the city permits, what benefits or incentives have they provided you for restoring the neighborhood if any and any other information you may have. I will definitely check into CBROWNE Properties (thanks for the referral) because I will be looking for to get some renovations done. Are they Lead and Radon certified?
