The Details:
We will meet at my residence for 3 days to do the following:
- Plan out your next year
- Allow others to give you feedback and ideas on what to change & improve.
- Make more money and increase your success.
I will also be spending some time with you to discover new investment markets and properties, discuss how to manage contractors while out of state, and go over other strategies that are exclusive to this meeting.
Bottom Line – There is nothing you can do to increase your success more than getting together in a small setting with other like-minded people who are working toward similar goals.
STEP #1:
You will fly (Most cites have a direct flight OR a quick change over) into either:
Las Vegas NV, LAS airport (30 min from my retreat)
STEP #2: Hotels…
You will then take a quick cab ride/uber/rental car from the airport over to Charlottesville and get settled into any of the hotels. These are the closest ones to the retreat:
Homewood Suites (Right behind Whole Foods)
There are a ton of Airbnb options – and Charlottesville is recognized for how good the hosts are here)
These hotels are only about 5-10 minutes from my house. However, if you want some other hotel options that are 4 & 5 star rated – there are many good choices with parking, and most places are no more than 20 minute from my home.
STEP #3: Private Residence (for a more comfortable and warm setting) …
Each morning at 9:30 am we will start the day at my home in the downstairs suite.
Our days are together from 9:30 am to about 5pm. I will have a continental breakfast for you, snacks, drinks & lunch each day. Then after we are done working on the first day – I will be taking everyone out to a fantastic restaurant in Charlottesville.

- Allow others to give you ideas on what can you make better, optimize and change
- I will give you help on new strategies and tactics that you can implement in your business right now.
IMPORTANT: Getting out from behind your computer and changing your environment for a few days will be the most profitable thing you do!

STEP 4: Charlottesville…
Once were finished “masterminding” and working on your business at the end of day 2, I encourage you to take an extra day for yourself and head over to the historic downtown mall in Charlottesville, Tour University of Virginia (founded by Thomas Jefferson), or even view Monticello (Thomas Jefferson home and a World Heritage Site) and relax.
10 min away from my home in any direction are picturesque driving trails to nearby towns that are quaint, or to any of the 20+ wineries and vineyards in the area
With a ton of outdoor adventures and natural beauty, there are a ton of places to relax and just reflect at the end of the day.
