Columbus Oh Rental Property Purchased For 35K
This is my very first post. It really explain why I do this type of investment realty, specifically only looking at houses under 30k. This is a strategy that many will feel is fraught with terrible perils at first glance, or ludicrous at second glance, but if given the chance they can see it can actually be their way to wealth they can pass on to their kids. None of what I espouse is a simple solution, it takes hard work and some elbow grease, but the gains are enormous and takes you much closer to financial freedom. Did you purchase your 4 properties under an LLC? How did you do that? Do you suggest an LLC is profitable for owners/investors of 4 persons to make this a full time business?

Hi Lisa, I’m from Beaumont Texas and I think its great that you recommend
looking for homes under 30k. I’m learning real estate and after doing the
math i had a phone conversation telling a friend of mine the HUGE advantage
of homes under 30k. I really feel now that i was on the right track. But my
question is: What websites would you recommend to search for these
properties. On Google i mostly run into site asking for payments to search
their database. Needless to say I don’t wanna pay. lol

Nice! Be cautious and careful, and most of all, unemotional! Thats my main advice to the younger set – you can do it, but it has to be cold hard logic, not emotions, dictating your every move.
