Here is where I can explain how you will still definitely have options in real estate, and the time lines, and some tips, on how to recover from a foreclosure. Foreclosure is a hard lesson to learn, and learn it I did, but you can get back on your feet and become credit worthy again with some knowledge and hard work. If you’re interested in investment realty, and searching for property for rental income, don’t let a foreclosure stop you.     Nice job on this video, I’m close to hitting my 2year mark since going thru
    bankruptcy, a lot of items you talked about I’m going Thru the same….also
    are u paying cash for theses 30k homes, private loans? Or maybe you can
    direct me to the videos that explains this ….thanks Lisa:)
