My first Audience Question comes from a subscriber that sent an email saying she’s followed my blog, has gotten a solid list of leads in an affordable price range, and wanted to know how they might overcome first time jitters. For all you newbies out there, this episode is especially for you!

Hey Lisa P. Great vid. It really forces you to be honest with yourself.
This definitely hits home for me too. Especially when I get the fear and
then transition to “procrastinating” my way out of doing it. Telling myself
I barely have time to sleep every day; getting in only about 4 ½ hrs at a
time.
Even if I have 15hrs to myself on a good Saturday, telling myself that I
should use that time to really sleep, unwind and just relax. When I could
in turn use that time to make trips outside the city during the night, and
really check out some rental properties during the early morning, and just
have enough time to get into work; no problem.
It’s a constant battle back and forth. That, just because I don’t have a
car, I can’t get around fast enough to really use that 15hr window of time
to accomplish that task. And I would hear from people, outside looking in
on my situation, telling me that I’m really working too hard and doing too
much already.
So, am I really pushing myself too hard, or am I’m right on track, or do I
need to drop a job or two and make some time to get this real estate
investing going?
Do you have any life experience examples whereas you can correlate?
This is a powerful message!
