Audience Questions

Hello,
These were questions that were submitted when members first signed up for my newsletter, and got their first crack at submitting their first questions. The questions addressed today are:
1) How did I go about financing my rental properties and their subsequent renovations
2) Whats the quickest way to close your first deal
3) Can a contractor go with you to view the house before you have a contract
4) Is there a way to streamline the process of of coordinating Real Estate Agents, Contractors, and Property Managers before purchasing the property?

Question 1 is answered here in episode 53 “How I purchased My Rental Properties
And here in episode 6: “Little Lines Of Credit Add Up To Big Rehabs”

Also, if you go to my YouTube Playlists Tab, you can listen to them on a  continuous loop

On my homepage of my Video Blog Home Page, scroll down and on the left hand side, click on Financing Category to see all up to date content there.

Thank you all so much for submitting the questions, I am more than happy to share my real estate experience with you!

Thank you all so much!

Sign up for a few, and remember to ask questions about their financing standards before going through anything. Happy investing, and don’t hesitate to ask me any questions while you’re going through the process.

Hopefully pretty soon you can do a blog on what to look for when doing your
own home inspection. I’m saying this because you stated that you are
    reading up on home inspection.

Ive been listening and watching your youtube videos for days. I just finished reading Rich Dad Poor Dad on Monday and have been listening to Bigger Pocketsb podcast since then. I obviously stumbled over you and I am taking a ton of notes. Thanks so much for all of this advice.
