Nice interview. Very inspiring. I had a similar plan in mind for my
marriage (crossing my fingers). I’m very partial to owning free and clear.
I like his success story. Started from the bottom…
Lisa, I want to thank you so much for inviting me to your show. And after
watching the video, I noticed how much I was moving in my chair. I hope it
isn’t too distracting for your viewers 🙂
Good Interview! A very inspiring story. Thanks for sharing and I hope you
continue success in the future Sharad.
What a treat!
I was so excited to see my two favorite RE inspirational folks interacting
in this interview. You both have messages that reach deeply into my core of
beliefs so I am always hanging on your every word in BP, YouTube or
Affordable REI.
Most of all I love how humble you both are and how you manage to enjoy and
share your success but still keep it real.
Thank you! ¡Muchas gracias! Domo arigatou gozaimasu!
Thank you Lisa for sharing Sharad M. Very practical real estate advice,
balanced lifestyle & above all HUMBLE! Nice work Lisa & Sharad.
Thank you Lisa and Sharad! I really enjoyed your interview.
This is an amazing story and interview!! From watching many of your videos
over the past few days, I now look at $30k single family properties
completely differently. I currently own a few duplexes, but I will begin
looking at $30k houses more closely now.
This is perfect. I really love what you are doing. Exaclty what I want to
do when I finish college (in the Netherlands). Currently I’m working my way
through college while saving all my student loan (partially a scholarship).
Eventually I will have 20 years to pay it back and the interest rate on it
is below a percent right now, so why not invest with it instead of
partying.. As soon as I finish I will be buying my first unit in the US.
Listening to stories like yours +AffordableREI and Sharad is very inspiring
and helps me to stay focus. Great job!
Sharad the man! I really enjoyed watching this video and the story truly is
inspiring. Typically from my background and those that I have surrounded
myself with always had the idea of wanting the most flashy things and
trying to make others jealous. I always had that idea in my mind, but never
seen it coming to fruition because… I wasn’t raised by my single parent
mother to be that way.
Hearing from Sharad and having you Lisa, broadcast this is monumental for
those getting into real estate. Great video for sure!
A really awesome guy I’m working with concerning my real estate investing.
Very humble person Sharad is and for him to even take the time out to do
this interview into his life. Check it out and get inspired. He is right
out here in the Chicagoland and invests out here in Northwest Indiana so
holla at me if you looking for a nice place to move to… he has me
handling the properties which at any given time is like 7 to 10 properties
popping up for rent.
This guy remind me of a book I read called “The Millionaire Next Door” ohh
man so freaking cool.
I mean seriously speaking… I think this guy should write a book. His life
to this point is such an inspiration. From working his first $20.00. To
putting himself through school. And now at the point where he has all these
houses and could retire if he choose to. Awesome! I hope this idea reaches
him. His is one that needs to be told. And thanks to you Lisa for bringing
us such great content. I’m new to this podcast, but I sure am glad I found
you. Keep on keeping on Lisa.
Inspiring and informative. I have 15 properties and hope my kids who are
in their 20s will be interested in videos such as this based on the
demographic of you two. They already know how to paint and clean rental
properties, lol.
21:37 is garbage to me cause i want the best but everyone has their own
ideas
If you are ever going to go into “good” debt, do it now with Real Estate.
3.5% interest rates are unheard of over last 50-60 years. WE WILL BUBBLE
AGAIN – 100% GUARANTEED. Low inventory, and “Friendly” Government will
cause another HOUSING BUBBLE – Enjoy the ride up and SELL EVERYTHING IN
2022-2024 BUBBLE.
You are all spot on. I have “tripled” up on Florida properties over last 3
years and its booming. Beautiful weather, Central Florida (Orlando area
within 50 miles). Homes are $30K with repairs $695-$795 rent. Solid,
decent area. Unfortunately the window has just about closed down here for
that price point. Price appreciation is going to be huge till 2022-2024.
If it bubbles (and I know it will), I’m going to sell everything then.
just watched this video….noticed that your interview style is evolving!
you have gotten so much more polished! It’s good to see you growth through
the video library that you have created! I hope that by the time I have a
few years with these investments that I am as interesting and informative
in a similar forum!
You took a guy that a lot of people would find un-interesting because he
is a STRAIGHT BUSINESS MAN and had him drop his guard enough that he was
actually entertaining…..you have more than one gift!
Thank you Lisa and Shared. My husband and I are just getting started with
real estate. These videos are so inspiring and helpful. THANKS!
Do you use tools to find your properties? ???
Inspiring, Reminds me of my great grand parents. Thanks
Remarkable! Ιts iin fact awesome article, Ι ɦave gⲟt mucɦ
clear idea regfarding from this paragraph.
WOW!!! Now that’s a power couple. I am so inspired thank you for sharing this story.
Hmm it seems like your blog ate my first comment (it was super long)
so I guess I’ll just sum it up what I submitted and say, I’m thoroughly enjoying your
blog. I too am an aspiring blog blogger but I’m still new to the whole thing.
Do you have any recommendations for novice blog writers?
I’d definitely appreciate it.
sure, email me.
