    Awesome video, Lisa!

I have just a few questions that I will try to keep short, but would you be
able to answer them? (that would literally spark my day up!)

A little bit about myself, I am 18 and I just love your videos (I listen to
them everynight and use them sort of like an audio tape). I’m saving money
for properties and learning about real estate investing, and all that
beginner stuff. I think it’s important to lay down a solid foundation, and
would like to know what I could do to maximize my learning into investing.

I’m reading books on real estate investing (own 3 atm), I am active on
BP.com, being frugal as I can be (trying to save $10K/year), watch videos
(yours mostly), and currently, I am thinking of taking my future career
into becoming a real estate agent (I want to upgrade my income from minimum
wage to something a bit more than minimum wage; but at the same time stay
in the industry of real estate).

This was a bit longer message than I thought it would be! But, I sincerely
love your videos! Please keep them coming. You’re doing an amazing, AMAZING
    job!

    Thank you!

    Jason

Sounds like you have the right plan. If you can start saving now, you will be supremely confident by the time you start looking for rental properties, and seeking leveraged funding. When you’re ready, just reach out and we can see about getting you to acquiring your first rental property 🙂

work. You have tons of other videos I can view:)!

Good lord! That situation seemed like a nightmare- at least for probably
most landlords! Al handled this very well! Kudos to the both of you!
