      I DO work full time! Boy oh boy, things start heating up. The real estate investing is EASY, actually, compared to responding to a blog with active listeners 🙂

    Ive heard thats its harder to get mortgages on property at such a low price
    point is this true? did you run into any problems with lenders or did you
    avoid them completely?
