I have started taking pictures more and more often in the last two rehabs, and I have noticed that the benefits have been amazing. For documentation, recalling defects, dealing effectively with contractors, and even for legal reasons, this will not only help your long distance investing strategy, it ABSOLUTELY help every part of your real estate investing business. Pictures ARE worth a 1000 words, and they can mean 1000’s of dollars and a reduction of headaches if you take that extra time to use it in your real estate investing.
I usually take about 4 pictures of every job I hire out, but I am now going to up the ante to 8 per job. Think of it as your last line of defense, or your secret weapon, that you can use at will for any business purpose. Enjoy!

Question please answer!!!
I downloaded the the app and watched the first season and then I watched
the second season and I LOVE IT SO MUCH!!! I’ve just got a question when
the next season of side effects come out will it be on the app? Because I
live in New Zealand and we don’t have awesomeness TV ( I really wish we did
but we don’t)and I just love it sooo much!! So can someone please answer my
