Your Credit and Budget Fundamentals Need To Be Addressed, NOW (Right Now)!

I like to offer a strategy session to find out what’s not working in your real estate investing. From the strategy session questionnaire, I can see that your investing budget is low, and that’s the initial cause of what’s keeping you from getting started. This needs to be addressed first before starting on this investing course responsibly. Secondly, credit repair needs to be a priority. These are two areas that will keep you from investing, and need to be addressed for. For that, I have some very helpful resources and  target goals to give you so we can start the process. Basically, you have a budget and credit problem. These fundamentals are NON-NEGOTIABLE and need to be addressed if you want to get started on real estate investing.
If you have a tight income (not that much left over each month), the best income target to invest in this price range (for down payment and renovations costs) are:
 
Cash on hand: 14k and up
Credit lines: 12k and up ( most with promotional 0% balance transfer offers)
Credit Score: 680 and up (to qualify for most mortgages/loans, refinancing strategies, etc)
 
In order for me to feel ethically comfortable encouraging you to invest in this price range, you have to have a reasonable amount of savings and credit access. Having less this than this is putting yourself in a vary risky position and isn’t smart investing. I am more focused on the real estate investing side than the personal finance side at this moment.
