Making people happy is one of our main goals. This home is so convenient to the Biltmore Estate you can walk about feet and actually see it. So many options. Great for families and friends! We are so excited to share with our tenants this home! We also offer a whole house standby generator! Welcome to the Mountains! Relax in the Hot Tub after along day of sightseeing! As with many campgrounds in western NC, there are lots of trees so if using a satellite, you will probably not get a signal.

Everything was very clean including the pool. Uber picked us to take to restaurants and other city sites. The park was in a great location and had a pretty view but thought of it as just a place to sleep. The internet did not work the entire stay but other than that quiet and perfect spot for exploring asheville. First, the drive is pretty narrow and cars are parked all along the side making it extremely difficult to back in.

Our campsite was not a great fit for our rig – the hookups were in the middle on the drivers side instead of at the back, and so we had to choose between our sewer hookup or putting out our slide. We only stayed here one night because we wanted to be close to downtown Asheville for a date night out.

The staff was friendly and the campground was clean. The sites were a little close together, but that didn’t bother us. I did a load of laundry and have no complaints! The pool was closed for the season, but it looked like it was a nice size.

They had a vending machine and drinks were only 50 cents – I haven’t seen that anywhere in years! All in all – not tons to do in the campground, but a great location for exploring downtown Asheville. We worked in the area for 13 weeks and parked here the entire stay. It has a nice location to downtown and hiking. Staff was very friendly. The sites are pretty close together but there is a small patch of grass with picnic tables at every site.

It is not as scenic as some other campgrounds in the area, but that of course comes with a It is not as scenic as some other campgrounds in the area, but that of course comes with a price. The worst part about our stay was the bathrooms. They were not cleaned regularly and despite the signs several people smoked in them or dumped their ash trays in the bathroom garbage can.

One of the things is to see a show at the Orange P Yes, we are still planning to go southwest for for the winter, but we had to make a quick detour first.
