This is my preferred hotel when visiting Asheville for work and pleasure. The staff was very helpful throughout, and did everything with a smile. This Hampton also has laundry equipment available to it’s guests. The shuttle to downtown is very handy, and only takes a few minutes. A clean and comfortable hotel, relatively modern. Overall, a very nice place to stay.

Hilton Garden Inn Asheville Downtown. Comfortable, cleanly, accommodations, and courteous staff. Great rooftop area and the Art-O-Mat machine was a highlight. Complimentary breakfast was a huge hit. Great room with a separate bedroom from living room area. Comfortable bed and we could control our own AC. Nice outside front area with tables, chairs, rocking chairs. Mattress was comfortable, nice furnishings, updated bathroom, just awesome and price was excellent.
Tru By Hilton Asheville East. Great efficient rooms nice and clean and everything we need. Good breakfast and good service in the area with everything very clean and ready to go for us. It is always clean, is in a good location, and the staff is always helpful. Great water pressure in the shower. Plenty of outlets to plug in electronics in needed, as well. Room was a little small but didn’t hinder us.

Renaissance Asheville Downtown Hotel. They have reasonably large pool and a hot jacuzzi which we all enjoyed. A bit pricey but the location was convenient and we could walk to most restaurants. Residences at Biltmore. Condo was clean and well stocked. Hilton Garden Inn Asheville South. I was really impressed with the outdoor area, spacious and feels safe. Everyone was nice, clean room, great location.

The staff we came in contact with was helpful. The room was super clean! We would stay again. Rooms were good – clean and comfortable. Location was quite far out of downtown but no problem as we had a car and parking was free.
Nice clean hotel. Nicely located right near downtown Asheville. So that was walking distance. Staff were helpful and friendly. On the edge of Asheville but satisfactory especially as there was an excellent restaurant very near the hotel. You cannot beat the location of this hotel in downtown Asheville. Clean and great location for the Biltmore Estate and downtown. The house we stayed in, 16, was furnished very nicely and decorated with items from Western NC.
It also had a large, fully furnished kitchen with a Kurig, which was wonderful having coffee quickly. There was a great assortment of board games that our grandchildren really enjoyed. There was also an outside porch swing and a tree swing that our grandchildren loved! The cabin exceeded all of our exceptions. EVERY amenity was provided. The maintenance staff unloaded our car and carried down all the stairs into the cabin and refused any tip The cabin looked like it had been scrubbed from top to bottom The kitchen was beyond stocked with utensils 5 star rating.
Breakfast was excellent, we stayed for 3 nights. Each day there were a couple of special items that were different from previous days. We had chosen our dining time, thus the food was served promptly and hot!
