Flow of the strategy session:

The first part is getting more in-depth on what’s stopping you from real estate investing (if anything), and how I might be able to help you. Sometimes that is my one on one program, sometimes its an email reply to what you need, whichever is more appropriate! We’ll get to know each other very well by the end of the call, and hopefully set you on the right direction!

You don’t always get to talk and discuss your real estate goals to someone who can help you, who know what they’re doing, so take advantage to talk directly to a mentor and see what you’re capable of!

At the end of the call, if I feel that one of my programs are a good fit for you, we’ll discuss it at the end AND get access to EXCLUSIVE phone specials you can’t get ANYWHERE ELSE!

This is a $45 non-refundable deposit for our strategy session. If that is the case, you will be routed to a paypal confirmation screen. This can be used towards purchasing a coaching program if you want to move forward and will be credited to you if you sign up for a coaching program. The other benefit is that you will receive a full strategy session – determining your financial options, investment strategies, market search options, etc.
