Lisa, in your video “0028 AQ Sources of Money, Probate, Bad Credit” Dated 4-1-14, you mentioned you were compiling a list of hard money lenders who provide loan products for 5 and 10 years. I only need hard money for 9-24 months. I do investing in Cuyahoga County i.e., Cleveland, OH, Parma, OH, Parma Heights, OH, Euclid, OH, Twinsburgh ,OH etc. Do you have a hard money lender or two I could connect with?

I havent looked at those areas. You can do the same thing I was going to have my virtual assistant do: Google these guys, and email the repayment terms! Its worth the 20 minutes to do that, to have a good list of people you can key into as needed.
