Great vid Lisa! Question about the 13k property? I know you used your 401k
to purchase the property and a combination of financing and your paycheck
for the rehab. Did you consider getting a 50k personal loan,, for five
years, to purchase the property and rehab cost and just pay the monthly
payment. If you did may I ask why you did not pursue that path?

property and was a little uncomfortable with getting another one, but
you’ve made me see the light! If you do the research and follow the plan,
you can build your wealth! Thank you

Straight gangsta on the mold… Lol. I’m also the type that’s not afraid of
much. I think less bad things tend to happen to us because we don’t expect
    them to.

Haha, being overly optimistic can get you into trouble, but it does tend to take you farther than everyone else, though.
