There are anchors you can look for, on google maps or just by doing a search of the local industries, that give you a great example cities to invest in. In this episode, I share with you the geographical anchors you can spot by looking at an address on google maps, as well as other economic anchors that can really tell a lot about a location and city, such as what universities, hospitals, manufacturing plants, etc that show the long range viability of jobs, thus tenants, in a city.
