Join me for a discussion with Turnkey Operator Engelo Rumora, who does turnkey investing formerly in Kansas City, but is now in Toledo, Ohio. Engelo started investing before he even returned to the states, especially since the housing market from his home town of Sydney was excessively high to turn a profit.

Engelo has a different way of going into sub30k properties, as you will see. his method relies on a trusted figure who has lived there for 30 years in the place you want to invest in, which works, and I can still go into neighborhoods without that relying on key metrics and your own eyes on the ground. We do not agree on the exact methods, but we both arrive at the same spot. **Note**If I relied on what people on the ground told me, I would have NOTHING, because people put their own biases, prejudices, and ignorance, even when they are knowledgeable, so this is a method that I do not like as everyone who has told me “No” has been wrong! However, if I was from overseas and didn’t understand the nuances of every neighborhood, then this is a very valuable method: Different methods for different experiences, and its up to you to make the final decision with what your comfortable with!

Enjoy the interview and learning a little bit more about how his turnkey business functions and finds property to sell to investors both domestic and overseas.

Generally speaking, do you the tenants pay for utilities in their name, or
do you rent with utilities included? thanks!

Your all talking about 30k properties! Those are not found where i come
from! And if there was one you can bet every slick investor jumps on it
    before anyone else even knows!
